Only paint the side of the spring. The flat centers need to be able to slide and move, if you paint them they tend to bind.

are you nuts? TP!!!! I have seen what TP does in the filter housing first hand. It brakes up in to little bits, and anyone who tells me "o I have done it, it works great" is just as crazy. The paper fibers will settel in the lifter vally, oil pan, any little sliver or bump in the motor and clog...

Well I hope i can come close to my Deuce wtih my 813. I am installing the 14:00's singles and not turning up the fuel or anything. If I got 7+ i would be happy... my deuce got over 10 Im going to mis that , along with burnig anything i could get inthe tank.

the started relay in on the steering column. there is a steel rod that come down from the key and pushes it down. 99.9% f the time is a bad spot in the starter Bendix.

RE: Duece won use WD40 or a cold diesel start.. don't use the good stuff if you have no fuel...... that's a sure way to toss parts on the ground. as checking the injector Head... crack a line at the base and see if fuel comes out.... ***** Now never use your finers, hands ect to check for fuel...

Its a MULTI FUEL! 3 people made the engine White, Hercules and Continental. No way to tell besides looking at the engine tag on the right front side of the engine.

just by looking at it... looks like the air compresser is small like a "C". The "D" is a lot larger and I dont seam to see it.
