you know Ron.. You could take your 5 ton... you get two free passes if you bring in a military truck..... hint hint....I will bring the tow bar so you can tow me home too lol
hey Ron.. Sorry no call been busy with work and trying to miss the owners. I got the $$ and I will make sure to stop by. I will be at Iola with the 813 on sunday if you are going up that day
ah no. stock m35 with 9:00 tires would be around 2900 at 60 mph even with 11:00 tires you would be in the 2600 rpm range. on the dash plate it states 56 mph at 2600 rpm.
He is correct on that being a very heavy truck. I think a 11:00 NDT tire would be a tad over loaded with a snow plow. Even a multi 5 ton with a winch is topping that tire to the max, I would go for the 14:00 xl tires and super rims
Also a Deuce will eat a clutch in 15 -20k miles EZ in city trafic. There is no way a Deuce would be my daily driver. Something like a 1 1/4 ton truck (m715, cucv, jeeps of any make) would be best.
I do have a LDS pump on there. I forgot about that it has been a few years. But that said the Multi was in many White farm tractors and I "hear" that they were set for over 3k RPM.
RE: Re: RE: Tires, Tires, Bla, Bla, Bla
well sorry boys I think this last load is all sold out. there Might be one more run this year if enough of you want some. prob be a load of 14:00's again and 11:00's NDT I also have 2 75+ % good side wall 9:00 x 16's NDT for 50 bucks each.
yeah but a tuned up Multi will get close to the power of that gasser and atleast double the milage! the Multi is only 300 rpm slower then the gasser and the Multi can keep the 2900 rpm till it runs out of fuel.. the gasser... well I would not keep that at 3200 rpm for hours and hours
Well We have most of the TM's for your truck posted here. look to your left and you will see "Technical Manuals" click on that and you should find everything you need. As engines go a Multi fuel would do very good in a truck like that. Good gas milage and good power for a bob'ed 5 ton and darn...
