Now we all know how much of a nut I am running my Deuce so hard and hot. I have put on over 10k miles on mine with out a problem (well have fuel problem but not engine). The Multi is a good "light duty" engine and when used and taken care of correctly it will last for a long ling time. It seams...
My data plate shower a max speed of 56 mph. now thats at 2600 rpm. The 5 tons are rated to go up to 2800 rpm and I cruse at 2800 RPM all the time. I just went to Aberdeen and back at WOT for 2k miles (thats 2800 RPM) If that motor was set to a max of 2300 why can i cruse at 2800 all day? I would...
I did atleast that the first day on the way out to Aberdeen. I was so messed up that first day there.... I have done many many over 600 miles a day in a Deuse and its just too much. I would set it at 500 miles a day to feel ok at the end of the day. Just my two $$

I had both front tires on my M220 go at the same time! I tell ya the old NDT's just fall apart. Even if not dry rotted try to keep "newer" tires on for the high speed stuff.

wow that does sound like a bunch of changes. All for the better also, the only thing I dont get it 5 rings? if the cylinder pressure gets past the first one its over. The standered 3 ring goes as such.. lower oil control, middle oil scraper, top cylinder pressure. There is only ONE sealing ring...
