Any good shop can bend one or just use the pipe for the civy truck with the diesel. Its the same. ( pick-up and the blazer, the down pipes will interchange.)
I build HP exhaust every day all day and when I got my 6x6 the j-pipe was gone like not there. I bent mine out of 3 inch and drove it for 3 months. Its fine!! It WILL NOT HURT THE MOTOR! It will down the power a tad but other then that its fine to do so.
If I could make my truck louder I would!! O wait i did lol bump the fuel a tad, and I hacked off the flapper on the stack and put the turn over back on. All I can sy is umm thats loud really loud [:)]
i got new o rings from checker auto parts and slamed some axle grease in there and bam! working wipers. now do you mean one of the end gaskets is leaking? if so it might be better just to find used/new ones.
now I have heard that some m44/35's have 100 psi at start up and some have 30 or so. whats the deal with that? is there a way to put a higher spring in the oil pump housing? whats the difference in the motors?
not the total travel but how far it goes to the left or right but the total travel will be the same. IE lets say it has a 12 sweep. you can adjust it so it goes 4 to the left and 8 to the right...ect. just take it off the truck. pop off the little door on the top take out the bolt that holds on...
umm I had all the paper work but it was trashed at the shop ( paper and oil hmmm...) but its the heat you have to watch out for. if there too close to the piston the edges of the valves will melt off.
you can do everyting in the truck, lots of room to move around. I did have my heads shaved BUT YOU MUST RESET THE VALVES. find the tm on the heads and the shop should have no problem doing it. If you dont kiss the motor goodbye. it took me 3 weeks of a hour or two a coule times a week but I...
