Does anyone have a detailed list or pictures of the Basic Issue Items for standard military 5-ton wreckers, including the M62, M543, M816, etc.? Just curious to know all the hardware that should be standard issue with said wreckers.

Some can, some can't. It's more related to the lock ring of the rim than anything else. You have to ask around and find a shop that can has a "cage" to inflate the tires in.

You might want to try talking to someone who already imports, they may be helpful in paperwork/legal issues for importing your Saracen. Intl. Repo Depo in Texas is a good example of someone a friend of mine dealt with for importation issues, and was able to bring a FV432 APC into the country...
