Sounds like you’re going to need those o-rings too then. I’ll look in the rebuild kits I have to see if they are included. Most likely are and valve rebuild kits are good to have, so you might want to pick up some. Typically cheap and easy to find.

That I don’t know, haven’t had a valve off yet. I have extra valves and can look at them to see if they have recesses for o-rings on the back.

If you unplug the injection actuation pressure sensor and then start the engine, the ECM will default to the required 870psi at idle. If all is well that way, you know the issue is the sensor. Don't try driving the truck with the sensor unplugged of course, it'll throw a bunch of codes.
