It may be a simple O ring or gasket. The fuel goes between heads in a tube.
Pull the valve covers and look for a loose tube.
The whole fuel system is always pressurized and the injectors are mechanical.
You may be able to Google search the GM part numbers in the parts TM. Also try a Google image search for those numbers(include GM in the search).
I can't tell from the small pictures but my guess is a washer and a half round bushing(looks like half a ball).

When in doubt, whip it out(the Parts Technical Manual that is)... It says it is called a, SWITCH,LOCK,IGNITION GM part number 7843294
Proper terminology and part numbers(and pictures) is very helpful when looking for parts or information.
Possibly a more believable scenario is, when the Federal government realizes that someone bought one, circumvented local DMV laws, and either gets hurt and sues the government & the manufacturer or, performs a major crime utilizing one, then they may say "whoah", we messed up and must take them...
