    The roof channel looks to be separated from the top. The drivers side front tire definitely looks to have sat flat. I would not drive it without replacing that tire first.

    Better at what? Corrosion resistance, budget, heat transfer? There will not be a clear answer, depending on what you compare. For stock cucvs, a stock copper core radiator is more than sufficient and readily available and affordable.
