Since you have rear flat, I'm guessing the line that broke is the CTIS line to that wheel, and not a brake line. If it is a brake line and you still have brakes, I would ask are your brakes caged?

Very nicely done. One bit of advise, please consider adding reflective material to the rear of the trailer. Add as much as you can. People tend to run into these trailers partially because of the subdued colors.
