Have you been operating it as the TM says you must? The ignition, starting and shutdown sequence is very specific for those trucks. Failure to follow the correct procedure will result in damage.

I would be prepared to replace the sending unit when you drop the tank. The steel lines are known to rust through.

In Kazakhstan, we bribe the emissions tester with virgin olives(makes the best oil), or simply stuff a bull turd up the tailpipe and the computer thinks it's just a cow(which automatically passes the test) since that is our main transportation power source.

You can just buy a standard automotive blinker relay in 24V. 2 or 3 terminal. Tridon eg-22 or eg-23

Pull, inspect and test your oil cooler. It could have been the issue all along.

I found it on parttaget. Should be easy enough to manufacture, if needed.

Live on the edge and bypass the filters and test the unit. Then decide to invest later.
