I have experienced issues with the control circuit when starting a new to me unit with a slave cable, and disconnecting it while running. A capacitor on a fuel pump shorted and needed to be removed to get the control circuit to function again. There were no batteries connected, iirc.

From this test, your rear alt is only putting out 12.65. That is not enough. Did you charge and load test your batteries?

12.7 at the rear battery is not good, that voltage should be 14 or more.

Measure just the rear battery(between it's posts). Looks like your passenger-side alternator is bad.

They have O-rings and check valves. They do fail from sitting for years or even decades with no use. Disassemble, clean and repair as needed.
