Sounds like what my situation might be, I'm currently considering a '68 myself, as my first vehicle (18 y/o) and yup, most of my driving would probably happen at 50MPH on the freeway, knowing where I'd be driving.
Yours looks like an "A0", that is, a straight M923 (M939 series). M923A1 would've had the super singles but would have still had the Cummins NhC250 engine. A M923A2 would have the super singles, CTIS, a 6CTA 8.3L Cummins engine, and a turbo.
