Is it shown in TM 9-2320-272-24P-2, Figure 552? Have you identified the NSN and searched for that on the Interwebs?

You could always drill a 1/2" hole through the sides and use a bar in the hole.

I've seen your posts all over the site about this issue, please post in one thread if you want success with help fixing it. Do you have a lift pump installed on this truck? You can't supply the PT pump with pressure. You can't even gravity feed it(without issues).

Have you recently lost your watch?

Have you tried google searching the NSN from the parts TM?

What indicates that it is not working?

I can only see one of the two small terminals in your picture. So, I cannot confirm your connections are correct. Physical position of the relay does not matter.

That sounds right. Don't use the pins to hold anything as you tighten things up. You may want to look at the valves to confirm tdc as well.

Or a bad temp sensor.

What is the engine and what is the IP?

Did you rev the truck up(to speed up the transmission), before putting it into gear? Coasting in neutral is a very bad habit.

Looking at the throttle shaft on the side of the IP, there are 2 adjustment screws(one on either side of the shaft), under the tin cover. The idle adj is the one in front of the shaft. It should be obvious, if you're not brain dead(when you look at it).

Are you leaving room for fuel expansion? Your fuel tank should have a tag welded on it that says it's capacity.
