And I edited your title a second time and edited your post to represent the situation correctly.
Originally, you posted as if it was a hypothetical question.
Google search, "air toggle valve". http://www.buyersproducts.com/Pneumatics/Universal-3-Way-Toggle/Toggle-Air-Valve-w-Faceplate/4793/
Any truck shop should have them.
Here is some good reading (similar situation).

What does your data tag on the dash say?
Is your truck standard wheel base?
Is your frame "doubled"?
Do you have a standard spare wheel mount?
What does the rear of your frame look like?
What year is your truck?
Browsing through a parts TM might help you identify the cable.
The part numbers for the exhaust pipes in the parts Tms are GM part numbers.
With them, and a search for them on Parttarget, you can get alternative manufacturers part numbers(including Walker).
Here is an example, http://www.parttarget.com/2990-01-225-1029_2990012251029_14037856.html
I think there is a procedure it the TM to use bolts(provided) to "manually override" the clutch fan.
The clutch fans are known to fail.
Horton is one of the manufacturers of them.(key search word)
This should be covered in the 20/24 TM.
