Not all of us can read minds. Had you told us what you had tried to do to identify it, it would have helped non-clairvoyants like me(help you). If you think I posted to make you feel dumb(I did not), maybe it means something. The purpose of this forum is to help others. You can't help others...

Have you looked at the -24 TM in the troubleshooting section, Electrical troubleshooting, Indicator, Gauge, and Warning System (page 2-145) Also, a look at the parts TMs will help you identify it.

Rather than do the work twice, I would do both at once. My truck only had 40000 miles on it and mine needed replacement. No wobble, just play at the bottom at steering lock.

There are some good threads listed if you scroll down. These should have come up with a search(for this thread title). One even has a chart.

I just looked at the TM and it does show a 28 volt bulb in the tail light.

Have you inspected your air dryer yet? Did you confirm that the drain was not leaking? You need to service your air dryer first. Your new governor should have come preset.

Isn't that trailer 12v already?

I am not familiar with A3s but all I did was search(PDF) the manuals for fuel filter and prime, to find these pages. Hope this helps.

So, you could not find the priming procedure with a couple hours of looking in the TM? Also, you could not find the fuel lines in the parts TM?
