The lines are .250 OD with only a .0625 hole inside. They are robust. [4/16"OD with 1/16" ID]
Carefully bend it back to where it needs to be and shoot some brake cleaner/air pressure thru it to see if it is clear. Maybe don't have to buy them ALL right now.

Attached some more of the fuel system picture.
It is the fuel going up to the flame heater which could be used to heat the engine incoming air for cold weather starts. Just hook it back up, You don't have all the fittings necessary to delete it yet. It might even work!

Is not design pressure 4 to 7 PSIG at the inlet of the engine main pump? That is the design "suction pressure" of the booster pump just before the HH.
Higher pressure seen on the gauge at the output of the pump at the fuel tank indicates restriction in the system. Get it running and keep it...
look into this thread posts about running your engine on only a container of known good fuel.
It is in there about how it was done.
If you could do this then it will restart and run for you or the cutoff is faulty as Floridison said or the HH is to weak.
Do all the easy cheap stuff first...
It being 92 in the shade, took a little drive to get chlorine for the pools. Turned it around in a shopping center. Never knew there was that many kids, 8 and under that went to movies in the summer.
