There is good air pressure on tap under dash, see post three.
Hook a gauge to that. Always in sight. Watch what the brakes do to the air pressure.
Also quality check on air pressure governor.

Install a known good calibrated gauge off of the in-cab
under-dash port
Before you go messing with things.
The in-the-dash air pressure gauge is about
as accurate as the fuel gauge.
The way this works is you go get almost any
kind of compressor and hook it up to the starboard rear glad hand however you want to do it.
Don't have to run engine, just pump up the air by remote so to speak.

windshield wipers air supply
Removed the windshield wiper air supply valve and replaced two times. Heater vent controls and engine pre-heater controls ALL in the way. Like I said, 2 times.
