I'm sorry I wasn't clear on my reply. The 939 series Pto is not compatible(interchangeable) with the M809 series trucks. I was referring to never seeing a transmission without the gear installed to drive a PTO. Hope that clears up my posting.

The OP did not say the shop requested the TM. Nothing wrong with offering the TM to anyone doing your work. Information is power. Any intelligent mechanic would appreciate the info(and look through it).

I always recommend that owners replace the old terminals with new 1/4 female blade terminals. AC Delco AC60G is my preference as well.
