Nope, the new site is not working for me either. Two different browsers and a cleared cache with no joy. Went to another system that has never been on GL's site and it comes up with the old site too. My guess. They put it up and had problems and went back to the old one.

Correct. I just did this after toasting the alternator in my Deuce. Charge them one at a time. I did that and then load tested each separately to make sure they were as close to identical as I could get.

I would squirt some PB Blaster on the bolt wait ten minutes and then drill it if you go that route.
