All the above is good, assuming your relay is still stock.
Grounding the blue wire with a different relay may result in GPs constantly on.
You need to identify what you have, or start over.
Was it hitting with no valvetrain assembled?
Do you have the cam timed incorrectly, and have a valve hitting a piston?
Can you pull(loosen) all the pushrods and try cranking it over?

Look close at your starter support. Check if it is tight.
The throttle cable can vibrate, check the bolts on that bracket.
And the air filter housing , as Recovry said.
I don't understand why you could not find(after reading post 2 & 5) the bolt part numbers/info to acquire the correct hardware.
A look at the -20P(parts TM with exploded views and part numbers).
Then google the part numbers(boxed in red outline) under the heading "part number".
