I thought the issue was the increased strain with the larger diameter tires. I think you'd have that with or without the front engaged.

I don't think anyone will have problems with a 4" block in the rear of a cucv. No power, no torque, no issues.

Test. Start with reading the -20TM, in the troubleshooting, where it covers, "cranks but does not start". No point replacing anything until you test. Fast cycle times often indicates bad GPs.
