You have a frozen priority valve.
Have you service and or replaced your desiccant filter recently?

Yes it does.
I'm suspecting your diode and suppressor and maybe even your horn, are all bad. There is also a relay in this circuit that may be suspect.
We can work on that next.
Let's get some run time on it with the horn fuse out, and be sure we've pinned it down to that circuit(as the issue).

The cover has 3, 7/16" hex head bolts. It's between the Hydraulic head and the Fuel density compensator.
The three bolt heads should have a wire though them, to show thy have not been tampered with.
Some people have reported that a minor adjustment to the maximum fuel rate stop, has fixed that issue.
You need to be cautious about increasing the max fuel rate, as it will increase the maximum exhaust gas temperature as well.
A first step would be to look and see if your max fuel rate...
You can use a jumper from wire# 15/pin F, to wire #75/pin A. That should get you brake lights.
If that is too difficult, you can just unplug the brake light switch and resupply the brake switch with a 24v+ and jumper the other side of the switch to the plug you unplugged. You only have 2...
