M35A3 reverse / backup lights .........switch, sequence???

Was your(does it need to be) 3 lever switch in service drive, when you tested for the reverse lights?

M35A3 reverse / backup lights .........switch, sequence???

OK, now I have a delema. Would you like me to apoligise in a PM, or on this thread? Would you like me to delete all the crap and leave just the correct info? Your call. I clearly misunderstood both your question and the fact they have reverse lights(I did look quickly in the TM). Your reply...

M35A3 reverse / backup lights .........switch, sequence???

If you had read a TM for a vehicle that you obviously are unfamiliar with, you would know that it has no backup lights, or if you had missed that fact, you would have known that the lowest portion of the tail lamps is what's know as the blackout lamp. One again, reverse lights were not required...

M35A3 reverse / backup lights .........switch, sequence???

Did that state inspection check for properly maintained wheel bearings? Lug nut torque? Back up lights? Your the one that said you didn't have time to read the TM, not me. Now you did?

M35A3 reverse / backup lights .........switch, sequence???

So, I should assume that you do know all you need to know, to properly maintain it, just you didn't know they do not have reverse lights? Oh. I hate to sound like I am picking on you(in particular), but honestly, some people should not own and operate trucks.

M35A3 reverse / backup lights .........switch, sequence???

Would you be upset is some guy you didn't know, was driving by your house with his nifty surplus truck(toy) and one of his 14.00-20 tires came off(because he didn't take the time to read and understand the TM, and maintain his truck properly) and it rolled through your lawn and hit and killed...

M35A3 reverse / backup lights .........switch, sequence???

It does not sound like you will have time to safely maintain your truck then. Might consider selling it before you get hurt, or hurt someone else.

Have you ever downloaded and read TM 9-2320-386-10, the basic operators manual?

You have raced your cucv, and actually loosened a belt prior? Suprised you would go though such effort, and also suprised you didn't loose it all together. What kind of race? Come on now...

Why is my headlight fuse melting?

Let's keep this thread on track and discuss that topic in the other threads dedicated to that topic. Adding a headlight relay kit changes the location of the source of voltage for the headlights, thereby improving their performance, it does not identify and eliminate short circuited components...

    bid on shipments site?

To add to my comments above, anytime I have contracted/hired a professional trucker/shipper, I have been satisfied with the end result. I can't say that for Uship shippers.

    Trucks out of Indianapolis......

I doubt it has been driven at 113 MPH ever(let alone constantly for 30000 miles), so it it obvious the speedo or tach or both are not original. That is safe to assume.

    bid on shipments site?

Yes, and all bad. Watch the TV show that glorifies idiots that transport peoples items. There's a darn good reason that professional shippers charge as they do.

    Rosscommon 12 volt conversion opinion

The gain will be lost when he adds A/C. Most of the OP's post is written as opinion, nothing wrong with that. The comments about power and mileage are debatable. But no point in derailing his thread for sharing his opinion.

    Trying to install fast idle.

The next time you decide to just start a new thread(duplicate) DON'T, ask a moderator to either move it or delete it. Cross posting is against the site rules (for several reasons). I've merged the two threads so as to not waste the members time(that had posted on your thread).
