To run them up front you're going to need 5ton combat rims, LMTV rims, or HEMTT rims.

I buried my XM818 to the axles today.
On the plus side, I know the sprag works properly as they were all 10 turning, spinning in the mud digging trenches.
The dash guage is where the fuel gauge is looking, which may or may not be where the fuel is being drawn from. There's a switch on the dash that moves the fuel gauge back and forth.
As you know, the lever on the floor is what controls where the fuel is being drawn from.

Dualled 14.00s is bridge truck wheels or equivalent. You're not just a little bit over the 102" legal max. At that point you're way over. Someone measured, and going from memory it was something like 115".
Looks like the m998 with a GVWR of 7700lbs is explicitly permitted to be street titled and registered whether or not the paperwork was stamped "off road".
Looks like wheeled MVs with a GVWR over 10k are permitted to be street titled and registered as long as they were not stamped "off road"...
