While I did just fix an overheating problem on one of my trucks that would be the least of my concerns on driving one home from a GL lot. Granted I did it once with my first truck but my second truck from GL I had towed home. Safer and I get to look at without stressing out over how to get it...
Having been stationed there (except for deployments and training) my entire Navy career I would be happy to display if I were close enough.
I went back to the base in Feb of 2001 and talked the guards into letting me onto the base to look around my old stomping grounds. Almost everything was...
Maybe I should rethink my pricing of mine then. I am putting new windshields in it today and power washing it to get ready for some painting. If I put the LMTV cover on it that Gimpy dropped off that will add even more to the price.
I am painting most of it the same way Westech tells me they...
Great job Ian. My only change would have been to actually follow the military camo pattern for the silver instead of striping but the truck looked great. I liked the 4-link and air bags and the explanation as to why a separate air system was good and should quiet complaints.
You were having...
Geez, all this slobbering over Kip.....
I think the POS Deuce (his words) he sold me didn't like him because it runs fine and looks better since I covered up that stupid garden green he had painted spots on the hood with.
(By the way, I'm just busting his b@lls. He and his Brothers are okay...
After helping Stretch at Haspin change his rear main seal and watching the tranny fall off the chain hoist once, the last place I would want to be is under it even if it wasn't falling.

Actually after running errands with it and running all over the place with it last week and taking people rides on Saturday it runs so much better.

If you want to see a bunch of 920s they are out at WPAFB awaiting pickup. Big I tell you. I just walked the entire compound looking for stuff today.

Spoken from "He who knows of what he speaks". His avatar should be an obvious sign you can't listen to him. Then again the truck was righted with minor damage and was driven away.

I am making a visit to WPAFB tomorrow 7/27.
I don't know how much time Andrew will let me look around after making a pickup for a fellow member but if you need something looked at let me know.
As usual don't post anything regarding upcoming or current auctions.

I was just out there 7 business days ago and Andrew still seemed okay to me. He did tell me he reads this board so I'm sure is checking up on what I say about him.
:-)
His number is listed on your sale, just call him and make the arrangements just pay attention to what he tells you. HE IS...
Oh he's just upset because he finally saw the inside of my barn. I think it was the 3,940 sq ft of smooth concrete floor. Well, that and he also saw the M373A2 sitting inside that I won instead of him.
:-)
