Does it state it will arrive in that time frame or be processed in that time frame?

Consider that you are adjusting and testing with no load.
Loaded, you will get you higher temps.
btw, do you have bionic hands or did you speed up the video?
Has it lost it's prime? The rubber fuel line on these is prone to dry-rot, just like the 809 series did.
Or, if it is loosing prime, your primer pump could have a stuck check ball or needle. Does it prime right?
Maybe you should start a new thread for each of the 8 fuel injector lines too.
I've told you before, continue your threads, to get the best results. Nobody wants to look for your other threads to get all the information for your situation.

FWIW, 15 seconds on precaution(testing the new part) would have prevented all of this. It's not like we haven't discussed this to death and it's hard to find...

Just a fair warning, the last guy that posted about a stuck vehicle, well he led the story up to sound like an epic recovery and totally let us down with a pic something like this(see pic posted below).
