I had to spend four days in the hospital with a MRSA infection with a Vancomycin IV in 2007. It was caused by them surgical team's removing my Saphenous vein for my triple by-pass in 2006. It festered for over 12 months before going all out on me and leg blew up like a grapefruit by my knee...
I would assume you are talking about the air tanks for the brakes?
There is a valve on the bottom of each tank.
Plus it is all on the TM which in the resources section.

My Dad was a tank gunner in Korea and one of my Brother's was an M60 driver.
Obviously from my avatar I didn't get to play with anything green until I could afford to do it on my own. :-)

I hope it would be a cold day in you know where if they decided to move the National Museum away from Wright-Patterson.
