I am pretty sure that no vehicles are drained of anything at WPAFB. If I were buying one out there I'd just call ahead and see if it is a runner and ready to go. Good to know people. :-) I'd be a little worried about picking one up at another base though. sw

So you have a never ending stream of dogs around and something kills them and you get blamed? That certainly sucks. We had a place next to our house that was renting dumpsters out for about 6 months. Not the little ones mind you, the big 20 and 40 cubic yard ones. They would just drop them...
