    New from Ohio

Welcome to the site to both of you. Even if you don't bring your truck to Haspin you could camp out one night. Due to an injury I can't drive either truck that long (and it's a short drive for me). I think gimp is putting on a demo of how many ways you can squeeze oil out of a Deuce. ;-) steve

I think Microsoft Vista has it built in or if using Vista or XP you can use VSO Resizer (Google it). It works well. Just use the free version and click past the buy it now screen. steve

Getting fuel out of underground tank??

Oh, and you may want to make sure that the tank isn't already leaking and taking on water. Use clear tubing taped to a long stick and dip it into the tank and pull it up slowly so that you can see if there is any fuel oil or water. A compromised tank is an EPA nightmare waiting to happen. Of...

Getting fuel out of underground tank??

I got a small drill driven pump from Northern Tool (I think) for about $70 if you can swing that. It was rated for fuel and you really should get one that is rated that way. Just hook a couple of hoses up to it, one in and one out.

    Fuel Tank Rust Removal

I haven't yet but the reason I posted was because the e-mail had included a review of the product and it just plain worked. It was being used to remove rust on bolts and the included pictures showed a world of difference. It was for firearms but you have to remember that it also removes bluing...

    Fuel Tank Rust Removal

I got this from an e-mail I received about cleaning firearms. It almost looks too good to be true if it works. It would be handy to put into a fuel tank and tumble it to remove all the rust. Evapo-Rust Rust Remover - Orison Commercial

generator to run house and well

You are lucky. I have to a certain type of probe in the rear area if I even mention electricity in the Dayton area. Now I find out I may have to double the size of my underground cable because the 200 amp cable isn't large enough for a 200 amp service. Even better, you have to put a light...

generator trailer burnt to the ground

Sorry for your loss. The problem with a fire is that sometimes there is damage you can't see due to heat stress on the materials. Neither a borrower nor a lender be. Yeah, it applies to money but it could apply to anything. My philosophy, if I borrow it and something happens I replace it...

    Deuce number and paint questions

First, welcome to the site. Second, the proper spelling for the Deuce is Deuce. (Okay, so I am nitpicking...) Third, for a donation to the site CARNAC may be able to help you with finding out where your Deuce came from. Fourth, I suspect color is up to you depending on where the truck came...
