Plastidip is nowhere near durable enough.
I did Plastidip on the grill of the redtruck in 2013. Bug impacts have taken a toll on it.
For MVs, I like rustoleum rattle can over CARC...(meaning "applied on top of")
I'm all about doing things as cheaply as possible. But broken wheel studs don't appeal to me, and MRAP rims aren't that expensive. $75-$100 for aluminum, and $35-$50 for steel. Adapter plates at $100 each.
Frequently you can get 395s mounted on MRAP rims for the same price as dismounted tires...
The truck in question is a 942.
GP's iron clad assurance has a deductible after pickup has taken place. $750 I believe, which is probably enough to offset the PTO.
The frame will be a separate issue depending on if GP sees it as a major flaw, or a minor issue.
The time to dispute is at...
The description lists a PTO as present.
The description is silent on the frame.

Like most MVs, acquisition is the least of the costs.
If you're paying someone to work on it, it gets expensive fast. If you're doing the work yourself it isn't that bad.
Learn to like the right lane....
In terms of awkwardness, it's a step up from a 1ton dually quad cab longbed. Not...
My experience has been that deuces behave poorly when on towbars. Gentle turns, and a driver in the seat for any sharp turns. Otherwise they try to flop the steering the opposite direction.
I like them. I contemplate making some for Janet's Jeep.
Thing is, you didn't know then what you know now. What you paid for was the knowledge.
Had you done it yourself, you'd have had at least one false start. Depending on the value you place on your time you'd have ended up more or less...
I tow the redtruck behind 5tons using a nonadjustable medium-heavy bar. An adjustable medium bar will work just as well.
Here again, the only catch is whether your tow points are compatible. Ideally you need a 1" hole to grab. 3/4" feet are also readily available.
Post a pic of your tow...
