Trouble removing freeze plug (pic included). Please help!

How you going to cut perpendicular to the face, with a dremel? An oxy/acetylene cutting torch will do the job. Don't use the oxy lever, just heat the freeze plug until it melts/burns out in one small spot. You'll need to be skilled.

    Smoke after glowplug swap

Let me say it like this. If in your house, when one bulb blew it caused all the others all to blow with it, but you could change that with 10 minutes, less than $5(changing one wire), would you? The CUCV GP system is the way it is, is a compromise to optimize the NATO slave port.

I edited the title to to address what was posted in post # 5. I addressed the spelling issue in post # 7. If I had corrected the spelling in the title, I would have had to delete the other associated threads. Does that make any sense? M16ty's and my post, were about correctly...

You may be able to start it in low range first gear. Then shift without the clutch. You won't be able to stop or get it into gear from neutral. It's not for the unexperianced or city traffic, that's for sure.

    Aftermarket Multifuel Turbo?

Well, max temp is a debatable topic but, for basic info. Aluminum(your pistons) melts around 1200 F(depending on alloy). I personally try to stay below 1150 on my pre turbo egt meter.

    Aftermarket Multifuel Turbo?

The tires are your problem, not your turbo! Other have just accepted the bigger tires kill it. Usually umo runs hotter than diesel. You need a bigger/different motor and better trans. A different turbo is not going to help you, and more boost or fuel will just over temp you.

    Oil

But, if you know the spec, you can make a good judgment call on how tight to pull(even by hand). It's basic info and many people need or at least like to consider it. Knowledge is power!

    Aftermarket Multifuel Turbo?

How are you adding an effective inter-cooler? What did you do about the coolant controlled intake manifold? Did you make a custom intake manifold? How much boost do you make now? How much do you think you want? Is your max fuel rate turned up now? What's your max egt now?
