jimbo, if i was you with your plan, i would use a xcase pto because this will give you 5 speeds forward and one reverse, this is how the 815 is set up with the mid winch, the xcae pto will give you a lot more control, just a thought all the parts for the 815 mid winch drive is in the 260 parts TMs

i beleive you WILL see heat / stress cracks HERE, fron the welding itself combinded with frame twist, just about EVERY frame i have seen welded cracks unless a lot of stress relief , even then most still crack in the long run

5ts have a over running sprag TC, if you use locking hubs, the TC will always try to be in front wheel drive because of the over running sprag design, the way to get around this is to install the MWO, this has a air switch that cuts the air to the trans air valves, putting the sprag into neutral
