    Help plz stuck in byron

I don't think he has rear duals. I think he has a bobbed truck. I think he needs to unbob it to get out! Now, bolting rims on the rear axle, as an outer dual, then using them to wind a cable or chains on, that might help. Time for a winch!

    7 new glow plugs

That is correct! Remember, both the 5 and 1 have voltage all the time. You can be careful and do it without disconnecting the batteries, or disconnect them for ultimate safety. Use 8 ga wire or larger.

    fuel filter diameter

I don't think it will help. I cut my alternate fuel usage in the cold months. A50/50 mix should work well, even well below freezing.

    fuel filter diameter

For which housing? there are 3 of them. 1 primary and 2 secondary filter housings. Unless you have alot of water in your fuel, you should not need to heat them. The fuel heats as the truck runs(from recirculation). Drain your filter housings and it water should not be a problem, ever,

    Part ID Help

quick refresher... the lower the last number, the more simple the TM. -10 operators manual(how to drive it) -20 Unit level fixes(where the truck is used) -34 the most difficult/technological fixes(a trained mechanic may need this info) ends in P, exploded parts views and part numbers...

    Part ID Help

Your best bet would be to look at the TMs ending in "P" (PARTS). Nothing but exploded views and part names and numbers. If you have eyes, and can read elementary level English, it's usually all you need(for threads/issues) like this one.

Deuce rear axle brake lockup..... Help please!!!

Locking up all the rears, sounds more like a bad airpack to me. Simply identified by opening a bleeder when it happens. If there is pressure, your airpack is probably in need of a rebuild. For the OP. You need to inspect every single component of your brake system. A single failure will...

    M1009 Battery overcharging

I would use a voltmeter and measure each battery with the truck off, and running, and isolate your issue for sure. Sounds like you have a bad regulator in gen2. Have you ever rebuilt them?

A2 and A3 brake cable lengths the same?

Just looked at my TM, and I do not see a different cable listed for the A3.

A2 and A3 brake cable lengths the same?

One more reason to keep all the Tms on your own computer! Sometimes simple google searches work, to find the Tms free to download off the internet. I was not implying anything other than, the info may be found in the TMs.
