Sprinter might be too light and dangerous. Trailer should be rated for minimum 7000 lb depending on HMMWV model. Add two thousand for m1151. Truck needs to be rated to pull minimum 11,000 lbs.

I could be wrong but here goes… Looks to me like an SSI solid state. Not a fan. I won’t accept on trade-ins. They can be worked on BUT you need to purchase lots of wires and solder and two solenoids. Essentially only the plugs are salvageable.

Somewhere in the forum, from at least three years ago and probably more, someone took out the guts of their HMMWV flasher box and replaced with an aftermarket 24V unit. I’m certain you could do the same with one made to accept LED. There were pictures and instructions.
