    You can pull the 12v feed wire off the stud above the GP relay and eliminate all the 12v circuits.

    30 sec on sounds a bit too long. I would guess more like 10-12 seconds on is what mine does. I think you need to test your temp sensor(follow the TM).

    You indicate that there is no continuity between the ground stud and the alternator case. That's isolated ground. Great pic.
