Eric. This switch should not be voltage sensitive. The bulbs need to be swapped out, not the switch IMHO. Just look at the switch in my M1165 and your M1152.

A Voltmeter does well. When I rebuild these devices, I include an LED that stops functioning if all 8 plugs fail.

Thanks for that. Given Steel Soldiers is a major repository of information regarding all things mechanical, like transmissions and 6.5 engines and all things HMMWV, I think having a civilian Hummer presence here on Steel Soldiers is terrific.

Bring tools to disconnect the axles to allow pulling the rig onto your rig if the drive train or brakes are frozen. Bring a large bottle of liquid dish detergent to allow you to use a winch to pull the locked tires onto your trailer just in case.

What about just purchasing and replacing the cartridge? Cheaper and just as effective.
