Wow. Never heard of a frame machine before, much less seen one:
- Is it used to measure the alignment, and also to make any needed corrections?

It's only wishful thinking, but it'd be nice if war altogether grew obsolete within the next 10-15 years. Don't hold your breath, but how bad could that be?
There's more than one way to skin a cat, and you'd think the BATF would be satisfied as long as any suggested demil was irreversible. But then, we're talking an entrenched bureaucracy here.
