    I’ve seen some use 5 and 10 lb persuaders to strike the deflated sidewalls of our tires to free them up from the rims before pulling apart.

    If you have to ask, that is very concerning. Stainless steel requires a single flare. Other materials require a double flare. I’m with Mogman on this

    Clean the stack. Clean the inside of the radiator. Replace the hoses and ensure none of them were collapsing under vacuum effect. Use a laser thermometer and stop wasting time assuming the gauges are buggered
