When I had it open I was focusing on the big gears.Im no tranny master mechanic. I never thought to look there.So the ring would slide to top for 4th gear and work but when slide to the bottom for 5th and the teeth were gone so it just free spined? So in order to fix this you need a syncro...

Is the syncro gone as in removed or gone as in broke? Im just curious.

Welcome....Congrats on the new Deuce! I would not say the long bows are worth any more than standard. And you are right with the cover being diffrent. But you can cut you long bows down to standard length if desired.And use a standard cover. What part of TN are you in?

I also have FarmBureau insurance.I run AV tags.I just have libality and its around 100 every six months.It is just added to my current policy.

Nope ...easy in TN. Worse case you can get a title for home built. The police in TN dont even bother you for no trailer tags. Maybe once in a blue moon just for an excuse to find somethng better.
