That's why I went with the 33x10.50x15 also. I thought the taller skinny tire looked good! I went with A/Ts though, my truck sees more pavement then mud! rofl
Can't help with the NY specifics, but here in Michigan they just send you to have it weighed, (even if you can show them in writing EXACTLY what it weighs!), and they register it as a home-built trailer.
Up to you of course, but I'd play with feeding her alternate fuels, ect. once she's home and local. That way you're familiar with it and how to "keep-er-goin" Congrats!
I used the hitch from U-Haul also for my M1009. Ground out the offending parts to make my hitch sit almost level. I ground the hitch, not my pintle set-up. Sits almost level, but kinda low. Needed to turn my insert upside down to haul most trailers to have them sit proper. (If it wasn't -5F I'd...

I just bought a M101A2 from GL, it's a beautiful trailer. The only issues are dry-rotted tires and the master cylinder cap has taken a hard hit somewhere along the way. Where can I find a master cylinder cap for it? I have tried the search function, but I seem to be search-retarded. Anyone point...
Are you goin to tow it full time with the TJ? Or just move it a time or two? It IS a bigger trailer for the TJ, especially with your Jeep lifted. I have moved my trailer with my Jeep, I'm also on 35 inch tires. It works, but it's much less than ideal.
If you just need it moved, I could help...

I'll PM my cell # to you Armada, if you guys need a hand I'd be happy to help. Post up when you two will be on the road, heck, maybe his first-time-EUC will clear the same time mine does and I'll be there @ the same time! Here's hoping!!
Man that puts my mind at ease, and I was hoping they looked as good in person as the pics made them out to be!! Now if only that dang EUC would show up!!
Man, I hope they're there somewhere! One of them is mine!!
Looks like a great truck BobH!! I know you've been after a M36 for quite some time! Congrats!! :-D
I was thinking of grabbing another CUCV and a trailer myself, but settled for a new trailer only. The CUCVs went for more than I wanted to spend. The new trailer should be good though, surge brakes! :-D
