I was thinking about installing a small tank for diesel when I am starting and shutting down my truck(M1008). Anyone set a system up like this?

Attached is the bottom of my power steering pump. There is a bolt coming out of the pump but does not appear to be long enough to attach to the bracket? Is this suppose to mount under here? If you have a picture of the proper mounting, greatly appreciated.

Start If the fuel line was frozen, wouln't still start with WD-40 or starting fluid. It has been below 20 here.

I have had 4 GlowPlug wires catch on fire this summer. I do not know if it is short in the glowplug or an issue with the wire and possibly as mouse. What should I use to replace the glowplugs and wires? I am not sure if I want to patch the wire or install a new run. Is it part of the wiring...
