I installed an idiot light on the dash so I can see what is going on in the output side of my glow plug circuit. When the wait light goes out, the glow plugs still stay on for a spell. 10-20 seconds. even after the engine fires up. I usually count to 10 after the wait light goes out before...
Didn't get many pics :-( Had a great time camping in the deuce. Great trail ride free breakfast for all the Military guys that stayed the night. Awesome parade. Can't wait for next year. Hope there is no rain this time. Found every pinhole in the cargo cover as I was trying to sleep.
I camped in the deuce at the Rochester Mass Fair last weekend. Just used a battery flashlight. Darn heavy rain I found every pin hole in my top that night :-(
This is why I've been running John's adaptors and spin on secondary and final filters. I run a NAPA 3336 6 micron secondary and NAPA 3626 2 micron as my final filter. Deuce runs great. I've had a fuel pressure gauge on the dash since before the spin on's and the pressure has not changed, 32...
Thanks guys, I feel a lot better now. What do you think I should run for a PSI? The same tire guy said 100 because anything less would spin the tires on the rims.
I ran 70 on my 1100x20 NDT's I was thinking 75psi

I just mounted the 2 front ones this weekend and Kaiser2help ran them to a friend that has a cage and works on truck tires to air them up.
He aired them and it seated fine but, He did not like the way the tire sidewalls...
Thanks again Brian. I got it installed last Friday. What a difference. I did not use the regulator. I think that makes the difference. The Reg was ionly set to 40lbs. Would not give much assist at that. I also used a ball valve. The shut off valve with the kit seems like it was restrictive...
I've replaced mine before. It should just pull out. Make sure you pulled the fuel plunger off 1st. It will not come out if the plunger assem. is still in place
Some people have reported rust forming in the stock cans.
My own opinion is that I can put a 2 micron in the final position and I will feel better protected. I have the filter already and will be installing it this weekend
How about running a 3336 as secondary and 3626 as final on your adaptors? That is what I plan on running. I will carry a spare if it blocks up. I had my calipers out and it should fit fine. Here are the specs.
