Could it be that one of the levers on the pressure plate are broke or the thread stripped? I had a similar issue with my clutch. The lever arms pivot is threaded into a nut of sorts, and on my pivot, the nut kept backing out. This cause the clutch disc to disengage crooked do to one lever not...
I know when I did mine, I had to readjust the throwout bearing forks pivot arm shaft relative to the splined arm that attaches to it. I adjusted it per the TM and then obvoiusly had to set the pedal free play per the TM also. The plined arm to the pivot shaft was wayyy off.
I know this is an old post, but just an FYI. I spoke with Baldwin Filters to day, and the y said that PA1620 is rated for only 306.74CFM. No where close the 410CFM that is spec'd.

When i went for the deuce, they just checked the serial number on dashplate and fraim rail. They did not do any safety inspection. As for being road worthy, i would go through the truck with a fine tooth comb. Its great to see more MVs on the road, but police your equipment so they don't....
