    Sketchy clutch

Could it be that one of the levers on the pressure plate are broke or the thread stripped? I had a similar issue with my clutch. The lever arms pivot is threaded into a nut of sorts, and on my pivot, the nut kept backing out. This cause the clutch disc to disengage crooked do to one lever not...

    M35a2 clutch ?

I know when I did mine, I had to readjust the throwout bearing forks pivot arm shaft relative to the splined arm that attaches to it. I adjusted it per the TM and then obvoiusly had to set the pedal free play per the TM also. The plined arm to the pivot shaft was wayyy off.

Correct Deuce Air Filter - Donaldson P11-7551 doesn't exist?

I know this is an old post, but just an FYI. I spoke with Baldwin Filters to day, and the y said that PA1620 is rated for only 306.74CFM. No where close the 410CFM that is spec'd.

    air filters

I know that this is an old post, but just as an FYI. I spoke with Baldwin Filters today, and they informed me that these PA1620 filters are only rated at 306.74CFM, which is well short of the MilSpec 410CFM....

    M35A2 Registarion in Connecticut

When i went for the deuce, they just checked the serial number on dashplate and fraim rail. They did not do any safety inspection. As for being road worthy, i would go through the truck with a fine tooth comb. Its great to see more MVs on the road, but police your equipment so they don't....

    Borrow Towbar in CT

I was possibly going to be headed to PA to pick up another Deuce and was wondering if anyone in CT had a towbar I could borrow or rent if the deal pans out?

My Deuce won't go into gear???

I had a similar issue recently. On mine though there were three forks on the pressure plate and one was not making any contact with the throw out bearing, so the clutch would not fully disengage. The one that was flopping around not making contact, I noticed its pivot was threaded into a nut of...
