I have no idea (admitting that now) but I would venture a guess into any computerized injection systems reaching their operational range for efficiency and/or power output. As well as this .pdf says about that being considered "extreme environmental conditions" regarding oil and lubrication...
I would agree with patracy on the powder coat, or for a part you know will get beat up and scratched maybe go the cheap but repetitive route of DIY, by that I mean rust-oleum makes an aerosol can of what they call "bed coating spray" I guess it's not technically a bed liner, but I have seen them...
That or maybe a nice off-road vehicle for maintaining ATV trails, or fabricate a crane onto it for recovery of said ATVs. Maybe for any farmers on here the tracks may provide enough floatation to use it as a grain cart tug when fields are muddy, lots of possibilities once you think outside the box.
If only it was cheaper and not cost-prohibitive to make run again may even have a decent 2nd life in the creative hands of some farmer or engineering company... maybe have some use for light logging or subterranean cable/pipe laying, or heck, strip it down to frame and maybe somebody is crazy...

I think a fuel cut-off would be the best way to protect a ride, if you have an electric pump would be the same basic wiring to use a hidden switch to simply disable the pump, so unless they take the time to attach a 5-gallon to the roof and gravity-feed a hose into the intake, well even then...
A fair amount of people on this site have a muffler of some kind, mostly just to have a conversation in the cab, or to not deafen any passengers they may have. But back to the main topic, I do not think it would have much effect performance-wise or even with EGTs post-turbo unless it was highly...
The more "toys" you get, the more convinced I am you need a quad-rotor with a gopro cam to just line them up and fly over and around, a 360* view of each just to make us drool more haha.
