I put a turbo on my 816 3 year ago and all still ok but I would say don't worry about those holes as they are NOT drilled right through so will not affect any boost , certainly that's the case on my cummins. Martin

with the 816 i always start off 2nd low thro to 5th low and shift to 4th high and so on, works a treat and pulls well esp with the turbo.

?Has anyone fitted 1100-20 bargrips onto a M105A2 trailer, I know they will fit the rims but the 900-20 run fairly close to trailer bed with only a small gap so has anyone tried 1100s. thanks martin

yep done this recently and the cummins pulley is offset slightly differently to the multifuel and would make belts run out of true. martin
