yes sir, indeed ^ . I did manage to drain a whole bunch of gunk out of the original fuel filter... straight sediment & a good half pint of water... there was about 2 ounces of trans fluid in the tranny when I drained that as well....... swear to god. And the diffs were OK, but lots of metal... -

Is it always in 6 wheel drive?
I drive a Wrangler with a '4wd' indicator.... I THOUGHT my deuce engaged FWD in addition to RWD when I hit the little air solenoid under the dash which states ' front wheel drive' ... but in the TM I just read, it says that's for deep water fording and actually just pushes air to I believe it... -

Hey guys! :) Wanted to drain the steering fluid because I have reason to believe it's been 20 something years. lol. I dont have time to go through the TM today so does anyone know off-hand how much and/or the type of fluid it takes? I heard theres no way to drain 'all' of it, but I figured... -
