I Totally agree with that mate, ive just had my shoes relined and riveted on, just cost me about £170 that's about $273 to my American cousins. But well worth the money, for that piece of mind.

One more question, I forgot to mention in first post:roll:, was the Burlap and horsehair, hog ringed to the spring frames, to hold it in place. Or was it placed in loose, only to be held in place once the canvas was placed over and tied down? Thanks again.

Hi, Just wondering what was placed originally in between the seat springs and the canvas, to stop the springs eating into the canvas. Horsehair, Burlap????? Any help/advice is appreciated.

For some reason my passenger seat base only has one pin (left side closest to drivers seat) I guess im going to have to get creative and make a pin for the other side of the base. Thanks for the info Mike_L8)
