Ray70 was correct. One of the field wires was chewed through. It was a pretty easy fix.I cleaned up all the rodent mess while I was in there.
Once everything was cleaned up - I tested the unit and....it worked perfectly

I have a mep 802a with 3 hours on it. Everything looks brand new. I fired it up and it shows no electricity being produced. Convenience outlets show 33.7 volts and lugs show 33.7 volts. Had anyone seen this issue before?

Before you take them apart, I would try soaking them in marvel mystery oil and PB blaster. Then use a brass brush to gently brush the ends. Worked wonders on my 803a

I finally got it running. I took out all of the injectors and soaked them in PB blaster and used a brass brush to gently scrub them. The unit only had one hour on it so I don't think carbon build up was the problem. Maybe it we from sitting for a couple years and there was some rust or old...
