Yes hand throttle is all the way down, but I did not try to lift up on the gas pedal to see if it affects the engine rpms. Also, hand throttle doesn't start to increase engine rpms until the throttle is half way up.

I need a favor. I need to remove the pintle hook from my M-1078 in order to install a ball hitch so I can tow a car dolly. My truck is currently in WV and I'm in Ohio. Can someone please measure the distance between the bolts that hold on the pintle hook? Thanks, Greg
