    power bleeder parts list

I am looking to build my own power bleeder, as I can't seem to find a pre made one to buy. I was hoping someone could talk me through building one, including a detailed parts list. Any help would be appreciated!

My deuce, finally done! (for the most part..lol)

Looks...maybe BUT, this project, despite how it looks, wasn't made for looks. I originally started this project as a hunting truck...and 4 wheels in the woods is better AND easier to deal with than 6. Besides, I prefer it this way, so there! :P

My deuce, finally done! (for the most part..lol)

Thanks bro, I can't drive it down here in AL without 30 rednecks stopping to ask me where I bought it. Imagine my pride when I tell them I built the darn thing! ;)

My deuce, finally done! (for the most part..lol)

Rich, the bed itself wasn't all that hard to do. I took the M105 and cut the front of it off with a sawzall. I then measured from the tail gate 5 feet, and made another cut with a sawzall. For the coup de grace, I welded the front I cut off back onto the second cut I made. The rest went to...

At this point maynard, I really dont know. I doubt anyone on here will want to pay the money that I have in it, and my labor. lol I'm still not sure if I want to do it or not...every time I drive it, it makes the decision harder, mostly because everyone tells me how **** cool it is lol

Broman, I may end up putting some insulation up there, I just have kinda run out of steam on the details...now that the build is at 99%, the rest is just gonna have to wait. I'd honestly like to put chinook soundproofing up....which is just a heavy duty headliner...insulation and sound...

    Deuce idle issue

Hmmm...great. Juuuuust Great. Just when I thought my truck was done. Whats a new IP cost? Thank you for the information gentlemen. I kinda figured it had something to do with the IP, and I REALLY hope it just needs cleaned up, the engine only has 6000 miles on it for crying out loud!

    Deuce idle issue

oh and yes it idles fine when cold. (but it doesn't get very cold in alabama)

    Deuce idle issue

I installed a new lift pump...I have done nothing to the IP...and yes, this has been an issue since the day I bought it. The idle is set for 750, if I bump it up with the hand throttle to 1000rmp, it helps keep this problem from occuring, but doesn't stop it completely.

    Deuce idle issue

ok all...I've been trying to figure this one out for over a year...since the day I bought my truck. I have learned to compensate for it, but I'd rather it just be RIGHT! Ok, my truck starts completely fine...barely touch the button and she's purring like a kitten. She roars going down the...

My deuce, finally done! (for the most part..lol)

I put in the MRAP seats that I bought through the classifieds here. Made by Global Seating Systems. They tan seats look great inside. The interior is bedlined, though it wasn't belined with the material I wanted to use. The paint shop kinda hosed me. The build portion took me about 4 months...

My deuce, finally done! (for the most part..lol)

original intent of the truck was to ride trail for the Patriot Guard around my area. If you look at the back of the cab in the second to last picture, you can see the two POW/MIA flags.

Not sure yet to be honest...might be busy working on my next project...an M105 with a radio shelter in it as a camper.... My work is never done.
